Congratulations parents on taking this step and a big welcome to your child from St Anne's Parish. This Baptism will be a great blessing for your little one and for your whole family.

Once you have completed and submitted this form, our office will process it. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email.

This email will advise you on the next steps of the process - booking in to a Parents Pre-Baptism Course (1 class). Upon completion of the Parents Pre-Baptism Course you will receive a Completion Certificate. This certificate will enable you to book a date for your child's Baptism Ceremony.
